Do you have innovative ideas for catering? If so, you are kindly invited to take part in the following challenge set by Vivo catering:

Vivo eko catering began development this spring. The operation encompasses the tracing of the source of food, methods of production of food and beverages, the use of paper, cleaning products, electricity, rubbish sorting, methods of serving and placement, transport and everything else that characterises the product as well as the ideology behind the company. We are looking for the best innovative idea for the Vivo eko catering.

Company description:
Vivo catering has its headquarters at the renaissance castle of Fužine in Ljubljana and is judged to be at the peak of Slovene catering. It has been present in the Slovenian market for almost two decades. The company prides itself on international experience and puts on banquets in Slovenia as well as abroad. Vivo catering specialises in the organisation and execution of event catering and is recognised for its tasty and original dishes, as well as its stylish design. We can serve some thousand guests in several locations simultaneously.

The best solution will be awarded with a meal for eight people. The winner will be treated to the Queen's menu – as served for the visit of the British Queen Elizabeth II on her visit in 2008. The feast will be presented in a manner befitting royalty with selected silver service, plates and glasses. Guests will experience the same service that the Queen herself received.
